Do I have to install anything?

No. There's no software, no app, and no login you have to remember. After each job you text your customer's first name and cell number to your WellEarnedReviews number, or forward the invoice email. That's the entire workflow on your end.

Is this against Google's rules?

No, and this matters. Google prohibits review gating, which means filtering so only happy customers get asked. We send every customer the same link, no matter what they said. Asking for reviews is allowed. Filtering who you ask is not, and we never do it.

What does it cost?

$199 per month, flat. Your first 30 days are $99 so you can see the reviews come in before committing to the full rate. Messages, AI replies, reports, and the QR kit are all included. No setup fee, no contract.

What happens when I get a bad review?

You get a text within minutes, with a calm, professional reply already drafted. Nothing posts until you approve it. Good reviews get a thank-you response posted automatically after a short delay.

I'm not on Google at all. Can you still help?

Yes, and it's included. If you don't have a Google Business Profile, we run a guided setup: you answer a few questions by text, send some phone photos, and film one 60-second verification video with us on the phone. We build everything else, and your reviews start from a clean, correctly configured profile. Owners without a profile usually see the most dramatic before and after.

How do I cancel?

Text the word CANCEL to your WellEarnedReviews number, or email us. It takes effect at the end of your billing month. No phone tree, no retention script.
